This project consisted of working with a hypothetical client, Bissell, to conduct research and find ways to improve the brand’s appearance in order to increase brand awareness by our target audience, Gen Z. The final solution comprises a full brand refresh, including a style guide, and four additional brand applications. These brand applications follow the path of the user’s journey from awareness to experience, including a social media campaign, a website redesign, new product packaging, and a revamp of the mobile app. The refreshed brand shows off its sleek technology without feeling stuffy, maintaining a realistic lifestyle point of view with its customers.
